I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of Your despatch No. 3 of the 2nd of April, reporting the death of Mr Justice Snowden, of which I have already had intimation in my despatch No. 75 of the 30th of April, expressing the great regret with which I had heard of the loss which the Colony had sustained in the death of this valuable & Public Servant.
